Serenity Family Services is a provider with most insurances. It is the patients responsibility to contact their insurance company about what your copay is and if you have met your deductible. As a courtesy to our clients, we file your claim for services with your insurance company, who then informs our company about your copay and if you have or have not met your deductible. As a courtesy our office does send out a letter of billing notice, which you, as as the client, has 30 days to respond. Our office does offer payment plans and a sliding fee scale.
